Want to help with Student Research in Progress? Here’s how…

Each year The Wildlife Society organizes a Student Research in Progress poster session with the goal of aiding students in attending the conference, presenting and getting feedback on their research. This last part is new this year for the 24th Annual TWS Conference in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for folks to review and critic posters produced by our student researchers.

The review process will involve accessing an online review site where you will have access to the student’s abstract as well as a PDF of the poster they are presenting at the conference in Albuquerque.  We’ll provide a rubric to guide your comments but students will see your comments and suggestions. We think this is a great way to provide critical feedback.

We anticipate that you will be assigned up to 10 posters to critique. You will have access to posters on September 14 and reviews will need to be finalized by October 16.

We need your help, so, if you’re interested in volunteering please complete the Google form available here. Feel free to contact me with any questions at Kzummo11@gmail.com.
